With floating tremelo or hard tail type bridges.  Add $10 for Floyd Rose style bridge.

Add $15 for double-neck.

Level, crown and polish frets.  Add $50 for full set-up

Remove sharp burrs on fret ends and round over for smooth playing.

Replace frets, level, re-crown and polish.  New or fabricated nut slotted for new fret height.  Add $15 for necks with binding.

Bone or similar.  $80 for brass.

$75 for 2, $90 for 3, $100 for 4.

Solder customer provided pickups.

Using copper tape and grounded.

For first 3" of crack.  Includes cleats, re-alignment and glue up.  Add $25 each additional inch.
